Happy Bike Month

Hello, June… and Happy Bike Month, Guelph!
It’s the most wheelie wonderful time of the year! All month long, we’re celebrating the joy, freedom, and community that comes with life on two wheels (or three, or more!).
Whether you’re a daily commuter, a weekend wanderer, or just dusting off your handlebars for the first time this season, there’s a ride for you. This year’s Bike Month is packed with claw-some events to roll into, and this probably isn’t the full litter! These are just some of the events we are hosting and participating in as well as some other community-hosted happenings. We’re committed to keeping the mew-mentum going all month long, so some details may shift and new events might pounce in. Keep an eye on our socials for updates and additions -you won’t want to miss a meowment!
Help Shape the Way Guelph Moves
Public engagement
Guelph is growing, and how we move through the city matters more than ever.
As part of the City’s ‘Moving You Forward’ project, a public survey is now open to help shape the Transportation Demand Management Action Plan. This plan will guide how Guelph supports more people in choosing sustainable ways to get around – like walking, cycling, transit, and ridesharing.
Your feedback will directly influence how future investments, programs, and policies are designed to make these options safer, easier, and more accessible for everyone.
The survey is open to all residents until June 30 via Have Your Say Guelph and we highly encourage you to take a few minutes to make sure the city hears what you have to say:

Why it matters:
This is how we make sure future transportation solutions actually reflect how people live and move in Guelph. Your input helps ensure that active and shared transportation gets the attention it deserves, and that it’s shaped by real community needs, not just assumptions.
