Guelph Community for Active Transportation (GCAT), the Transit Action Alliance of Guelph (TAAG), invites you to the Guelph Transportation Summit 2025!
This free, full-day community event brings together residents, advocates, planners, and academics to explore how better transit, cycling, and urban development can create a more vibrant, affordable, and sustainable city for everyone.

The summit is designed as a journey through the essential elements of a stronger transportation system. You’ll hear from speakers on critical topics such as:
- From rider to champion: How to advocate for better transit in your city
- Fixing the broken funding model: Why Canadian transit systems are stuck in cycles of underfunding
- Active transportation & micro-mobility: How cycling and personal mobility options are reshaping our cities
